Awesome Gadget!

Love it! I can now look into my web cam at eye level versus tilting my head up to be seen on Teams and Zoom. Highly recommend for any setup!

I Look GOOD. (If you don't mind me saying...)

Simple to set up. Lots of adjustment options. NOT a huge change from my previous setup, but I look MUCH better on camera. Very cool adjustment.

Not enough room to view teleprompter

I bought this product to help me make videos with a teleprompter using my Mac with a 23 1/2" screen. I added the attachment to hold my smart phone to use as my camera. There's not enough room to see the teleprompter above the camera - it only allows for about 3" of space and it still looks like I'm looking above the camera not into it as I had hoped. The best I could make it work was when I increased the font on the teleprompter (which allowed for even less words above the camera) and stood or sat further back - which made it so I took up much less of the screen. Overall it didn't solve my problem.

Plexicam

Hi Jonathan - I'll contact you privately as well, and in the meantime, a few observations from thousands of clients. We can setup a 15-30 minute private Zoom call to get into nearly any level of detail. Do you use the front-facing or rear-facing camera on your phone? I highly recommend the rear-facing camera, and if you're putting a teleprompter window above the camera, then you'll want to make sure the camera is closest to the teleprompter window. On a 24" screen, I'd recommend putting the camera closer to the shelf, and then put the teleprompter as close to the camera as possible. That may be just below the shelf, or to the right or left. There is no single best position for your camera vs. teleprompter window - it's very dependent on your equipment, and your needs for handling both a script and any other work you need to be able to handle during any given "on-camera" session. /Dan - Co-founder
